These bars use British cold-pressed rapeseed produced in a regenerative farming system by Oscar and the team at Duchess Farms in Hertfordshire. Growing oilseed rape is no easy feat, so I'm very excited to be able to make use of this incredible ingredient. 

There's also plenty of fibre, omega fatty acids and other good things, to help support your digestive system. 

My muesli bars are suitable for vegans, but are produced in an environment that may contain nuts and other allergens.
