These bars use British organic cold-pressed rapeseed produced in a regenerative farming system by Oscar and the team at Duchess Farms in Hertfordshire. Growing oilseed rape is no easy feat, so I'm very excited to be able to make use of this incredible ingredient. 

As well as plenty of fibre, omega fatty acids and other good things, they also include freeze dried ginger from the amazing Jux Food, to help support your digestive system. 

My muesli bars are suitable for vegans, but are produced in an environment that may contain nuts and other allergens.
